We all have a New Year’s Resolution. Unfortunately, a lot of us don’t keep up with them. The LJHCC can help you keep your resolution this year. Come talk to me and let’s work towards them together.
Comment and tell me what your resolution is.
Only one more month to go before New Years…get a jump start on your resolution. Join one of the programs at the LJHCC or some personal training. Get up and move…don’t wait until January 1st!!!
Thanksgiving is a time to give thanks and appreciate all that you have to be thankful for. It’s also a time to visit with family and eat delicious food…sometimes too much food. You can eat the food without feeling guilty if you work it off and don’t just lay around and sleep. Play with the little kids, have a flag football game with the boys, or come and enjoy the Larry Joe Harless Community Center.
Let me know if you need any advice or help, I’m here Monday thru Thursday from 3 pm – 8 pm and Friday from 11 am – 2 pm.

This year has flown by…but instead of waiting until New Year’s to make your resolution to get in shape, how about starting now?
What are you doing to stay in shape? Everyone can start by just moving. Walk outside when it’s pretty or here at the center when the weather isn’t so nice. Cleaning the house is exercise whether you realize it or not. Yard work counts as well.
Whatever you choose to do, stay positive and KEEP MOVING!!!
